Good timing for me on this podcast, as yesterday I decided to play around with modding and took apart a couple of my unloved AliExpress specials to see if I can switch things up a bit. ;-)
I saw the Seiko Dolce James bought in seiya. I've found that sakura watches sells whatever seiya sells for few dollars less and they are good sellers, I've bought from sakura. Check it out it's in there for USD 27 less.
Loved the Bomber Mafia and the Goldfinch. The Bomber Mafia originally was a podcast, so reading the book is rather like an extended podcast. For Mrs Tart, I did immediately stop reading "The Secret History" after the previous discussion and then listening to "Bennington college" podcast, because I love Mrs Tart's voice. Started the book over again with Audible - Its better having her read it (rather like having Holly Hunter read a book to me). She does a great job (note to Jason - sometimes the author does it best).
Super episode. Marshall’s videos are excellent, I am not surprised he does commentary elsewhere as that element of his videos sets him apart. You can quite quickly pick up the component names and architecture of movements from his work.
