This week, the TGN boys are drafting their “One Watch” picks at a variety of price points. Ranging from under $500 to over $5000, Jason and James made their picks for watches that could work as their only watch while also sticking to a specific budget. Some of the picks are predictable, others are surprising, but all of them would make great one watch options.
From the start, James is back from a tour of Switzerland and Austria and Jason is about to hop on a plane to his home away from home in Bonaire. Stay in the mix for a Final Notes that will give you an insider’s lesson on a very special engine and the details on a new and very-TGN streaming service that also happens to be free.

Great episode! Have you ever done a five sports watch draft (Diver, GMT, Field/Explorer, Chronograph, Wild Card)? That might be fun at certain price points...
This episode embodies why TGN needs to break off from Hodinkee. TGN is for normal people. EG: I love how going over $2k is a point of diminished returns. Meanwhile the last talking watches for me... was hard to get through on multiple fronts.
Anyway, this was one of my favorite episodes. Well done🙇♂️
