Re: the question on upcoming watch tech. For me it would be nano-coatings. Roger Smith has a partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK. If they can get it to work it would allow a near frictionless movement making scheduled servicing redundant. You would only have to get a service when something broke.
