This week, the TGN boys are digging into their recent experiences with titanium watches, from Scurfa and Citizen to Tudor, Rolex, and the new Deepsea Challenge. Jason and James chat about some of the titanium watches they had in the past, how some new offerings seem worth a closer look, and what it takes for titanium to kick steel off their wrists.
From the start, Jason has a new (old) diver, James has a new viewfinder – and don’t forget that we have a special bonus episode hitting the feed on the morning of Nov 8th. Stay in the mix for a Final Notes that will have you flying like a pro and exploring Polynesia with Stan Waterman.

Great episode gents, thank you! I’m a massive fan of Ti myself, bordering on obsessed. I also have smaller wrists, so the idea of more Ti watches in smaller sizes hitting the market elicits a little girly squeal from me! A Ti U50... yes please!! One that caught my eye recently was the little 36mm Ti Blancpain air command. Not one I could quite pull the trigger on, but it may add support to your hypothesis. Another little Ti watch that I own and enjoy is the little 2017 JDM Grand Seiko SBGX267. Very similar to the regular white dial 37mm 9F available everywhere, but in grade 5 Ti.
Funny that Substack debuts a chat feature right after TGN announces their upcoming slack. Must have scared them
