This episode was recorded extra remotely as James is in Switzerland visiting Victorinox and chatted with Jason from his hotel room in Zurich. The main topic for the episode features a report from a day trip that James took into the Swiss Alps to Grindelwald and then to check out a special hotel seen in Band of Brothers. From a great many trains – and even a boat – it was an exciting way to spend a free day in a truly beautiful country.
From the get-go, Jason and James are gardening, UPS is messing with James’ purchase of a new bag, and Sinn has a new version of an old chronograph. Stay in the mix for a Final Notes that will have you belting like Connery and taking a ride in a new Aston with an old pal.

“Switzerland would be a mighty big place if it were ironed flat.” – Mark Twain.
I've been there two weeks ago. I saw pics in my email and thought it was Zermatt but this is even better. I think this is part is a definition of Switzerland. And James's comment regarding what can you do in a day... My wife and I, took a train from Luzern and we got in Interlaken around 11. We took a train to Grindelwald and walk around there for some time. Grindelwald First was closed because of a heavy wind so we took a train to Eiger Glacier. From there we took a train to Lauterbrunnen. From there we returned to Interlaken by 6:30pm. Views for days
5 minutes in and I have to comment. Got a return form from GoPro to send my broken GoPro back via UPS. Dropped it off and it was literally 1 month before the tracking system registered it. I thought it was lost.
