This week, with Jason galavanting about the U.K. for the Fan Dance, James is joined by a special guest – Zach Pina! You likely know Zach for his incredible photos of watches for outlets like ABlogToWatch and Hodinkee, and he’s been in the photography game for a long time. Zach and James talk about how Zach got started in photography (and the early days of "van life”), a recent trip to Alaska to shoot bald eagles for a special watch-related story, and they even get into the weeds on Instagram, inspiration, ambition, camera gear, and more.
A huge thanks to Zach for coming on the show and for sticking around for an installment of Final Notes that will have you looking back at last year’s Titan submersible disaster as you queue up a beautiful film about hiking the John Muir Trail.

I could not agree with you more about the "Wired" magazine article. I read it last week and there was so much in there I never knew. My heart sank. Maybe it's time for another discussion about this topic, especially in the context that James raised about taking risk in other endeavors?
